Personal and Group Training

Personal Training at RanelliFit is a results driven program individually designed for our clientele. Each client that chooses to work with a personal trainer will have 1 on 1 expert guidance and will have continued support to hit goals that they set for themselves. With the help of our training team and our "SMART" goal system you will hit your goals in no time! We have trainers that want to see the best in you and succeed.

 

Group Training at RanelliFit is a team oriented, results driven program designed for a small group to achieve a collective goal. For every client that decides to train in a group there will be a coach to help that team or group achieve their goal(s). Each group can vary in goals/styles from strength, boxing, flexibility, endurance, crossfit, etc. Find the group that is best for you and achieve your goals with a team!

Introductory Session

The Introductory Session is a free half hour consultation/session where we can get to know each other. We will establish the needs and the goal for the client to create the best training plan for them. No commitment is needed at this time.

Personal Training

The Personal Training Package is the next step after the introductory session and offers a variety of options and payment plans. The options vary from half hour to one hour sessions. This is a results driven package that is designed to help you become your best version.

Group Training

The Group Training Package offers group training in teams of 2-8 people. This package is perfect if you perform better with a team to achieve a collective goal. A coach is assigned to each team to manifest the goal into reality while working alongside supportive individuals.
