Boxing

The Boxing Program at RanelliFit is like no other. We pride ourselves on the intensity of this program through different types of styles that are adaptable to individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels. This program is offered through 1 on 1 sessions or group trainings. Depending on the client/team goal each class is tailored to meet their needs. The boxing program at RanelliFit is held in an isolated room away from others training. Therefore, our boxers can perform at a high level without any distractions.

Improves Heart Health

 

Boxers must have the ability to perform frequent bouts of high intensity activity during a training session or boxing match. The sport is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and can push your body to repeatedly sustain intense periods of activity.

HIIT has been associated with a decreased risk of heart disease while improving your aerobic fitness. 

In fact, one study found that boxer rankings were directly correlated with markers of heart health.
